Authorities said Paul Kerr, 78, came under investigation after they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in January.
Police executed a search warrant at Kerr's home and found over 100 offending images on the devices they seized, the department said.
He surrendered to police on Friday, March 22, and was released on $75,000 unsecured bail, court records show. Kerr's preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 3.
